Zaid is an entrepreneur-oriented advisor, has over 20 years of experience in providing financial advisory and consulting services to clients across a variety of industry sectors serving as Group Chief Financial Officer in Holding Companies and Senior Manager in the Big Four Audit Firms (Anderson, Ernst & Young & PwC).

In particular Zaid has considerable expertise in valuation and financial due diligence, Risk Analysis, M&A and Corporate Restructuring & Business Development, Zaid maintains a strong relationship with the domestic and international banking community.

In the Middle East, Zaid has managed businesses projects in Qatar, Jordan, Iraq, UAE and Egypt.

Zaid is also served as one of the Core Management Team who worked on the Reconciliation Services for Iraqi External Sovereign Debt (RSIESD) Project at Ernst & Young during the years 2004 to 2007.

In addition Zaid has served as CFO at Qatar Business Incubation Center for 3 years, coaching and advising the entrepreneurs in establishing their businesses and turning their ideas into real scalable businesses.

Zaid has a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Applied Science University in Jordan and he is a U.S. Licensed Certified Public Accountant from the State of New Hampshire.
